Supply Only Policy
This page sets out the terms under which 3Sixty Sign Kits operates as a supply-only provider of bespoke DIY vehicle graphic kits. It explains installation responsibility, exclusions, returns, replacements, and how manufacturer material warranties apply. Customers are encouraged to read this information carefully before placing an order.
Who We Are
3Sixty Sign Kits is a supply-only business. We design, print, and supply bespoke DIY self-install vehicle graphic kits.
We do not install graphics and do not provide installation services of any kind.
All installation is carried out entirely at the customer’s own risk, whether completed by the customer themselves or by a third party.
Ordering Process & Acceptance of Terms
Orders are placed manually via:

Instagram
WhatsApp
Once artwork has been approved, an invoice is raised manually.
Payment of an invoice constitutes full acceptance of this policy and all terms outlined on this page.
Customers are strongly encouraged to read this page before making payment.
Bespoke Products & Returns
All kits are custom-made specifically for each customer’s business and vehicle.
For this reason:
We do not accept returns
We do not offer refunds
Products are not off-the-shelf and cannot be resold
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
Warranty (3Sixty Sign Kits)
3Sixty Sign Kits does not provide any warranty, whether express or implied.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Installation
Adhesion
Surface compatibility
Paintwork condition
Environmental exposure
Wear and tear
Material Warranty – MetaMark MetaSure
The vinyl materials used in our kits are supplied by MetaMark and are covered by MetaMark’s MetaSure Warranty, subject to their terms and conditions.
The MetaSure Warranty applies only to material failure and does not cover:
Installation errors
Inadequate surface preparation
Environmental conditions
Vehicle paint condition
Incorrect handling or storage
Any warranty claim relating to material failure must be:
Raised directly with MetaMark
Approved by MetaMark under the MetaSure Warranty
3Sixty Sign Kits does not authorise, assess, or approve warranty claims on behalf of MetaMark.
MetaSure Warranty Claim Process
If a material failure claim is approved by MetaMark under the MetaSure Warranty:
Replacement material must be supplied by MetaMark
Replacement material must be delivered to 3Sixty Sign Kits
Once received:
We can re-cut the graphics
This will be charged at an hourly labour rate
Additional charges may apply for:
Application tape
Packaging
Postage
3Sixty Sign Kits cannot be held responsible for material failure, as the vinyl itself is not our manufactured product.
Quality Control & Condition on Dispatch
All kits undergo a full quality control check prior to dispatch.
We retain photographic evidence confirming that:
Graphics leave our production suite in perfect condition
There are no creases, bubbles, or defects at the point of dispatch
Any issues identified after installation are deemed installation-related and will not be replaced.
Installation Responsibility
As a supply-only business, we cannot be held responsible for:
Incorrect installation
Handling damage
Stretching or tearing
Air bubbles or creases
Misalignment
Tool marks
Environmental conditions during fitting
Once graphics have been applied to a vehicle, no replacements or refunds will be offered.
Application Tape & Transportation
All kits are rolled for transportation.
As a result:
Minor creases in the application tape are normal
This does not affect the vinyl or printed graphics
We strongly recommend:
Laying graphics flat
Turning them upside down on a clean surface
Allowing sufficient time for curl to relax before installation
Surface Preparation & Adhesion
Correct surface preparation is essential.
Graphics may fail to adhere if surfaces contain:
Wax
Polish
Ceramic coatings
Silicone-based products
Residue from cleaning agents
As stated in our instructions, surfaces must be cleaned using 99% isopropyl alcohol.
Failure to follow this process may result in adhesion failure.
We cannot be held responsible for graphics not adhering due to surface contamination.
Paintwork Condition Disclaimer
Our graphics will not remove factory-standard, properly cured paintwork.
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
Poor-quality resprays
Recently painted panels
Aerosol (“spray can”) paintwork
Uncured, flaking, or failing paint
Previously damaged surfaces
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all paintwork is suitable before installation.
Environmental & Installation Conditions
Graphics should be installed:
Indoors
In clean, dry conditions
At appropriate temperatures
Cold weather, moisture, dust, or poor working conditions may result in installation failure and are outside of our control.
Skill Level Disclaimer
DIY installation requires:
Patience
Care
Attention to detail
Correct tools and a suitable environment
If unsure, we strongly recommend using a professional installer.
Installation difficulty is not grounds for a refund or replacement.
Damage on Delivery
If damage is identified before installation:
Do not install the graphics
Take clear photographs immediately

No claims will be accepted once graphics have been installed.
Replacements
Free replacements are not provided for installation-related issues.
As a goodwill option only:
Replacement graphics may be supplied at material cost
Shipping costs are payable by the customer
Colour & Reprint Disclaimer
Printed colours may vary slightly due to:
Screen calibration
Print batches
Material variation
Minor colour variation is not considered a defect.
Acceptance of Terms
By paying an invoice issued by 3Sixty Sign Kits, you confirm that:
You understand this is a supply-only service
You accept full responsibility for installation
You agree to all terms outlined on this page
