Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
We do not charge VAT as most of our customers are non-VAT registered. This helps us keep costs down and offer you more affordable pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept BACS payments on invoice. Full payment is required before production begins.
Do you offer discounts for multiple vehicles?
Yes, we offer discounts when you order kits for multiple vehicles or fleets. Contact us for details.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free with next day delivery (Monday to Friday). Production usually takes 2–3 working days after payment is received, but may take longer during busy periods.
Can I install the kit myself, or do I need a professional?
Our kits are designed for DIY installation with easy-to-follow instructions and a squeegee tool included. No professional installer is required.
What if I need help during installation?
We offer 24/7 support via WhatsApp to help you with any questions or challenges during installation.
Can I get a sample or see a demo before purchasing?
While we don’t provide physical samples, you can see real customer installs in our gallery to get a sense of the quality and finish. Also, we offer FREE design mock ups so you can see exactly how your vehicle graphics will look before purchasing.
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
Because each kit is custom-produced, cancellations or refunds are limited once production has started. Please contact us for details before ordering.
